Parliament Street Fitness is a neighbourhood-oriented, boutique fitness centre focusing on the health and well-being of Cabbagetown residents.

We opened our doors in early 2018 and are proud to offer our members leading-edge weight and cardio-training equipment in a convenient, clean, modern facility. We also offer one-on-one personal and small-group training, regularly scheduled indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates and high-intensity interval training classes and overall health and wellness services including massage and fascial stretch therapy.

Being a community-focused fitness centre, we strive to offer our members classes and programs that are tailored to meet the needs of specific groups including seniors and expectant mothers. As the seasons change, look for our offerings of specialized training courses as well as bootcamp workouts and running groups.
