Warren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Acadia University, majoring in exercise physiology. He has been designing effective results-oriented fitness programs for individuals of all levels ranging from beginners, elite athletes and special needs populations since 1992. Warren has been committed to helping individuals meet their short and long term goals in functional movement, sculpting, and sport specific training.

Jonathan found a real connection with resistance training as a teenager. He liked the goal setting and the discipline and focus that came along with a healthy training regime and quickly realized these qualities could be transferred over to other areas of his life. Jonathan is grateful for the bonds he has made with his clients while helping them reach their goals, and believes that trust built between client and trainer is the foundation for success. Jonathan has worked with a variety of clients with unique needs, including cardiovascular disease, Diabetes, Autism, and expectant mothers. Jonathan is also a Fascial Stretch Therapist and has helped his clients with flexibility, mobility and athletic performance.

Adem nose-dived into the fitness industry after completing pre-service firefighting training. It was during this time that he became aware of his physical capacity and strength and the joy of breaking through more challenging benchmarks. Adem worked at the Toronto Athletic Club for two years absorbing experience and knowledge from some of the most experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers in the industry before spending a year providing personal training to clients in-home. Walking into a situation knowing you are physically capable to complete a difficult and challenging task and overcoming obstacles is a skill set Adem wanted to help others discover. Adem firmly believes an understanding of body awareness and muscular control is key to achieving your fitness goals.

Robin is a Toronto-based yoga, movement & mindfulness instructor. Over the past 10 years, she has taught mostly hatha and restorative yoga with a focus on alignment, strength, and mobility. She has experience using yoga and/or mindfulness to support clients with a variety of concerns including women’s health, chronic pain, stress, sleep hygiene, healthy ageing, mental health, grief & loss, and chronic illness. Robin’s primary focus is on enabling clients to connect with a form of practice that speaks to their unique needs and helps them work towards their health and wellness goals.

Paola graduated from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in 2010, in Italy. She moved to LA to pursue a dance career and discovered her passion for yoga. Beginning with yoga for dancers, she then immersed herself in Ashtanga yoga teacher training at “It’s Yoga Firenze” and teaches a unique vinyasa flow called “The Rocket”. In 2015, she collaboratively established, managed, and taught in the first yoga studio in her home town. In early 2017, she moved to Toronto where she continues to evolve her training, practicing Iyengar yoga and deepening her study in human anatomy. In the last year, she’s been teaching yoga and acroyoga for kids.
