Zoe brings over eight years of experience in the fitness industry and holds multiple certifications, including CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), and instructor credentials in Pilates and barre. She is a graduate of Mohawk College’s Health, Wellness, and Fitness program.
Zoe is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term, sustainable results. Her approach combines functional strength training with elements of yoga and Pilates to create well-rounded, personalized programs that feel approachable, effective, and tailored to each individual.
A lifelong learner, Zoe is committed to continuing her education and staying informed so she can best support her clients. She works with clients of all ages and experience levels, including beginners and pre- and postnatal individuals, and brings a body-positive, supportive approach to every session.
